Date of Birth: 8-15-12 Imported November, 2012 by Shepherds Rest Anatolians April, 2013 @ 8 months old

Import fawn from Ulu Mountain, located in Bursa, Turkey.

She arrived in the U.S. at 13 weeks old, weighing 29 lbs. She has a very sweet, submissive temperament with people. With other dogs, she is a peacemaker, getting along well and happy to take lowest status in the pack ranking, with no desire to challenge anyone. She is currently working with the goat kids and doing phenomenal, with no chasing behavior, despite being in her adolescence. She prefers to find sticks and tease other dogs with, "Look what I have!" When they take the stick away from her, she just trots off, happy with herself, to find another stick or dig a hole. However, if there is anything going on that needs alerted to, she is the first to sound the alarm, and loves the job of patrolling the fence lines, which she will do several times an hour. She also likes to stand with the goats at their feeder at feeding time, as if she's a goat and supposed to do that. She then just stands there watching them eat, and watching everything else at the same time, like a good Anatolian should!
