Tarik now works guarding livestock in southwest Texas near the Mexico border. Shepherds Rest Anatolians in Oregon continues to own and sell frozen semen that was collected before Tarik was sold (in order to preserve his genetics for future use by Shepherds Rest as well as to share with a few other select breeders).
